1. Orders and Payment

1.1. All cupcakes are priced at £8.00 per unit, with a fixed next-day delivery charge of £4.45.

1.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment system.

1.3. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

1.4. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Delivery

2.1. We offer three delivery options:

• • Next-Day Delivery: £4.45

• • 48-Hour Delivery: £3.55

• • Custom Date Delivery: £3.55 (for dates more than 2 days away)

2.2. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following business day.

2.3. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

2.4. We will attempt delivery to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave a note with further instructions.

2.5. Sweet Dreams Cupcakes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or adverse weather conditions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will incur in no refund.

3.3. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund.

3.4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Product Information

4.1. All cupcakes are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients.

4.2. You can customize your order by selecting from 8 icing options and 2 cake bases (vanilla or chocolate).

4.3. While we strive to match product images, actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

4.4. Please refer to our Allergen Information page for details about ingredients and potential allergens.

5. Shelf Life and Storage

5.1. Our cupcakes are best consumed within 3 days of delivery.

5.2. Store cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

5.3. Cupcakes can be refrigerated but should be brought to room temperature 30 minutes before eating for best flavour.

5.4. We do not recommend freezing our cupcakes as this may affect texture and taste.

6. Liability

6.1. Sweet Dreams Cupcakes takes every care to ensure our products are safe and of the highest quality.

6.2. We are not liable for any allergic reactions. Customers with allergies should review our allergen information before ordering.

6.3. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
